The Clicktra Happy Club Membership Card can only be used by the registered card owner.
Any misuse or fraudulent use of the card will result in immediate termination of the membership without a refund.
The membership card is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-encashable.
The card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Unlimited Access to attractions during all your visits is subject to availability and operational hours.

The Clicktra Happy Club Membership Card can only be used at Clicktra.
Lost or stolen cards can be replaced for a small fee.
Clicktra reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke membership if a cardholder violates the facility’s rules and regulations.
Members are requested to follow all safety guidelines, instructions, and terms and conditions mentioned at the centre while using the facilities.

Access to events will be granted upon presentation of the Clicktra Happy Club Membership Card.
Events will be at the discretion of Clicktra and can be announced, altered, or rescheduled as needed.
Members must pre-register for events on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.
Some events may be exclusively for children, and some are for adults only. Event-specific guidelines will be communicated in advance.
Access to events is subject to availability and event-specific terms.

Members are encouraged to respect other members and staff while using the facilities and participating in events.
Certain attractions may have specific usage time limits to accommodate all members fairly.
After each session, members must rejoin the queue for subsequent usage.
Members are responsible for following attraction-specific guidelines and instructions.

The Clicktra Happy Club Membership Card remains the property of Clicktra and should be presented upon request.
Membership cards are for individual use only and are not to be shared or lent to others.

Clicktra will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during events or while using the facilities.
Members are responsible for their personal belongings and valuables while at Clicktra.
Clicktra’s decision in all matters related to membership, events, facilities, and attractions will be final.
