- You must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, as well as safety instructions, guidelines, and age, weight, and height restrictions displayed at Clicktra Centre or on its website.
- You are required to immediately report any incidents or accidents to Clicktra staff.
- Please use Clicktra facilities and equipment only for their intended purposes.
- Behave respectfully and appropriately towards other visitors, staff, and property.
- Respect the rights and privacy of other guests.
- Abide by the Centre’s financial transaction policies and refrain from engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Prohibited items at Clicktra include weapons, illegal substances, alcohol, drugs, pets, outside food and drinks, and any items deemed unsafe or inappropriate by Clicktra staff. Smoking, gutkha, and drinking are strictly prohibited.
- Clicktra reserves the right to conduct security checks on personal belongings before allowing entry to its premises.
- Clicktra reserves the right to remove any visitor who fails to comply with its conduct policy, instructions, and guidelines, or violates the rules and regulations of Clicktra (displayed at Clicktra Centre or on its website) without issuing a refund.
- Clicktra reserves the right to refuse entry or services to any visitor who violates any of these terms and conditions or at its discretion, without providing a reason.
- Clicktra reserves the right to terminate your card or use of its facilities and equipment if you violate any of the terms and conditions.
- Clicktra Joy Cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Clicktra Joy Card tokens are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
- Clicktra Joy Cards cannot be used at third-party offerings in the Centre, such as the cafeteria or merchandise store.
- Clicktra is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired Clicktra Joy Cards. No refunds or replacements will be given.
- Clicktra reserves the right to charge a fee for lost or damaged Clicktra Joy Cards. Replacement of the card is fully at the discretion of the Centre.
- By using the facilities at Clicktra, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with participating in any activity, and you assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to you or your belongings.
- Use all facilities and equipment at Clicktra at your own risk. Some attractions at Clicktra may have age, height or weight restrictions. Please check with the staff for such restrictions before participating in any attraction. Clicktra is not responsible for any injury or damage to your person or property.
- You waive any claims and hold harmless against Clicktra, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors from any liability, claim, demand, injury, or loss to your person or property, or damage arising from your use of Clicktra’s facilities and equipment.
- You agree to pay for any damages to equipment or property caused by you, whether intentional or unintentional.
- Clicktra is not responsible for children and their care. Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
- Clicktra shall not be liable for any damages arising from any failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions, or from any delay in the performance thereof, where such failure or delay is due to any cause beyond Clicktra’s control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, labour disputes, equipment failures, or government regulations.
- Clicktra is not responsible for any damage or injury caused by your misuse or abuse of its facilities and equipment.
- Clicktra is not responsible for services or products provided by third parties, including but not limited to restaurants, merchandise, or any other vendors.
- Clicktra is not responsible for any content, products, or services provided by third-party services or websites. Clicktra may provide links or access to third-party services or websites.
- Clicktra is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of its attractions or services due to inclement weather or other factors beyond its control.
- Clicktra is not responsible for refunds in case certain attractions are closed or if some facilities are not working at any time without prior notice.
- Clicktra is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. Please ensure that you keep your personal belongings safe at all times.
- Respect the privacy of other visitors and obtain their consent before taking photos or recording videos. Clicktra reserves the right to ask any visitor to stop taking photos or recording videos at any time.
- Professional photoshoots, pre-wedding shoots, portfolio shoots, and any commercial shoots are allowed only on an advance booking basis and at a special extra charge.
- Clicktra may monitor and record your visit to the center for security and quality assurance purposes.
- Clicktra may collect and store visitors’ personal and financial information to complete financial transactions and provide access to Clicktra’s attractions.
- Clicktra may use any photographs, videos, or other media taken on its premises for promotional or marketing purposes without providing compensation to you.

- By using any social media platform associated with Clicktra, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of that platform. Clicktra is not responsible for any content posted on social media platforms by visitors.

- By entering the centre or purchasing a Clicktra Joy Card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Clicktra, as well as any additional terms and conditions posted at individual attractions and on the website www.clicktra.in.
- If Clicktra needs to contact you for any reason related to this agreement, it will do so using the contact information provided by you during registration. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is accurate and up-to-date. Clicktra is not responsible for any failure to receive or respond to any communication if the contact information provided by you is incorrect or outdated.
- If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not enter the centre or purchase a Clicktra Joy Card.
- Clicktra reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Clicktra’s facilities after any such modification shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
